Payment on the Website

Worldwide Holidays use DPS and BNZ to process online payments for tour bookings, unless otherwise specified, all transactions are in USD. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Confirmation of the Reservation

After a booking is made and paid online, Worldwide Holidays staff will fax or email the confirmation of the reservation within the same business day. Confirmation via post is not provided at this moment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings have to be paid in full to secure the reservation, in an event of a cancellation by the customer, 300USD per person will be charged if the customer has written notification to Worldwide Holidays 48 hours before the tour's departure date, there is no refund if the customer cancel the order within 48 hours, or give up any part of the tour after the tour starts.
